The registrations are based on “first come, first serve” policy, i.e. whoever submits the form first, will be assigned to the class they have selected for. An email will be sent within 36 hours of submitting the form to the selected applicants.

If you do not receive any emails within 36 hours of submitting the form, that means you will be kept in the waiting list. If any slots become vacant, applicants of the waiting list will be assigned to classes on “first come, first serve” basis.

A notice will be published few days before the day of the registration on GZK’s Facebook and Instagram pages mentioning course details and registration dates.

  • 6. Why does the registration form opens and closes so quickly?

It is simply because of very high demand for German language in Nepal. It also depends on how many classes are opened during registrations.

At the Goethe-Zentrum Kathmandu, seats for classes are very limited. Registrations are to be made while considering the limited seats.

The registrations are closed promptly as soon as the class reaches its full capacity and in order to keep the waiting list as short as possible

  • 7. I have received the "email". How can I pay the fees and what is the next procedure?

If you have been selected for a class, we will send you an email with the payment details to pay the fees.

After you have paid the fees, you have to send the payment proof (screenshot/PDF of the transaction statement OR picture/scanned copy of the bank voucher) at class_admission@goethe-kathmandu.edu.np

After your payment has been checked, we will send you another email confirming your payment which denotes your registration has been complete.

NOTE: You will be given a deadline (at least 24 hrs) to pay the class fees. If you fail to pay the fees within the mentioned deadline, your registration will be cancelled and your seat will be assigned to the applicants in the waiting list.
